Our next gathering takes place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 for an Interactive Cooking (+ eating!) Class with Chef Daniela Mancinelli Kalota of the Kalota Culinary Collective within the Proud Mitten Culinary Concepts Kitchen at PARC.   

We have an exciting two-hour, chef-led interactive station rotations to experience + enjoy a meal together built from marinara, including: 

• Flatbread with Parmigiano & Fresh Tomatoes
• Italian Ratatouille
• Classic Bolognese with Penne
• Pineapple Queen Cake
