At Hā Natural Therapies, our mission is to promote healing, balance, and wellbeing through natural and holistic therapies that honor the mind, body, and spirit. We are dedicated to creating a nurturing space where clients feel empowered, supported, and deeply cared for on their journey toward optimal health. Through compassionate touch, personalized care, and a commitment to natural wellness, we help individuals reconnect with their inner vitality and live more harmonious, fulfilling lives.  We care about you!

Services

Co-owners Paola and Jo founded Ha Natural Therapies to offer specialized therapeutic massage services aimed at relieving pain and improving mobility. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, allowing us to apply the most suitable modality for their individual situation. We utilize Swedish and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi modalities, and also offer other techniques such as Deep Feet A-Shiatsu, Thai, and other bodywork as necessary. In addition to therapeutic massage, we provide lymphatic drainage massage, Reiki Massage, pre-natal, and general stress-relief massages. Stay tuned for news of our ever expanding services! We will soon offer sound therapy, Ayurvedic, herbal and other naturopathic therapies. We Care About You!

Our Logo

The Hawaiian word for breath is “Ha”. In Hawaii, the source of all creation is referred to as I’o, or Iao. ‘Io (God) uses the Ha to breathe life into all living things. Ha is a great breath that contains all of the love of God. It is a breath that contains the supreme energy of God. It is the essence of Spirit, that has the power to give life to things.

Our logo contains the elements of the sky and stars above, waves of the water below, all encased in a capsule as a seed. The flower with its stem symbolizes the progress of well-being and knowledge, the flower bud symbolizing awakening and flowering.
