Amanda began her pet grooming career in 2013 as a dog bather and became a groomer through an apprenticeship. She graduated from Schoolcraft College with her business degree, completed the Emergency Medical Services program, and received licensure. Amanda frequently attends continuing education classes related to the pet industry and is certified in Pet CPR/First Aid. She opened and operated a successful brick-and-mortar pet grooming salon for three years, and sold her business last year. She is returning to the grooming world in a one-on-one, less stressful environment for breeds limited to 30lbs and under. Her goal is to give your pets a positive grooming experience with a haircut you love. In her spare time outside of the business, she enjoys many different types of crafting, furthering her education (she maintains her Michigan State EMS license), and spending time with her nieces (all with a coffee or two!).
