On June 30, 1989, Steve Gordon and 11 other principals left a successful commercial real estate firm and founded Signature Associates. This group quickly became known in the industry as the “Dirty Dozen”. Since inception, Signature Associates has been a market leader.
This experienced, talented and driven team has grown Signature Associates into a full-service commercial real estate firm with over 130 employees and eight regional offices in Michigan and Northwest Ohio. Our proven process assists our clients in making real estate decisions around the world.
When it relates to commercial real estate, Signature Associates does it all – Industrial, Hi-Tech, Office, Retail, Medical, Land, Build-to-Suit, Tenant Representation, Investment Sales, Corporate Services, Project Management and Property Management.
