"From Clutter to Clarity

How to achieve a peaceful mind and environment

Guest speakers will include:

Brooke Houser – the Psychology behind and impacts of clutter in our lives on our mental health (stress and anxiety) – how to stop mental clutter and how physical clutter impacts our mental health

Steffanie Porter - owner of Tidysmart Organizing Solutions – will offer solutions and ideas to begin the process of uncluttering your environment and some resources that she uses in her business - shortcuts

Deborah Sivi – Steri Clean owner, she will dive deep into removal and restoration in extreme cases (hoarding, damage, etc).  This may be something our members are dealing with personally or with family members (aging parents)
