ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIALAccurate and timely, our accounting and financial services are designed for community associations. We offer ACH debits for the timely collection of association assessments and we provide copies of paid invoices to the treasurer. ADMINISTRATIVEWe strive to make your time on the board enjoyable rather than burdensome. We assist with governance guidelines and policy development, maintain emergency contact information, coordinate your annual meeting and welcome new owners throughout the year. CONTRACT MANAGEMENT We develop specifications and obtain competitive bids for your routine maintenance. For major repair or replacement projects, we solicit proposals from professional consultants to develop project specifications, solicit bids and monitor the performance of work. NON-CONTRACT MAINTENANCE We can handle many of the minor tasks that are often major distractions through our in-house maintenance department and other quality professionals.
