Pizza e Vino in Plymouth, Michigan, is all about simple and truly authentic Neapolitan-style pizza made from the finest ingredients and baked in a wood-burning oven cranked to a scorching 900 degrees for no more than 2 minutes. Our pizzas are executed with skill, expertise and old world standards of care, and complemented by our selection of delicious wines. Pizza e Vino is Michigan's first restaurant to be certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) of Naples, Italy. We strictly adhere to the regulations set forth not only by the VPN, but also by long-standing Italian tradition, creating truly authentic Neapolitan-style pizza made from the finest ingredients and baked in a wood-burning oven.
