Founded in 1969, the Plymouth Community Arts Council has consistently provided arts programs to its primary service area, a community of 120,000 that includes students of Plymouth-Canton Community Schools, the third largest school district in Michigan. Your PCAC Membership supports: Quality arts programming for our greater community PCACs Art Volunteer Program (AVP) which serves over 10,000 students in the Plymouth-Canton Community. The Wednesday Music in the Park series, now in its 28th year, serving more than 20,000 people each year.
