FOSTERING YOUR CREATIONS IN OUR SPACE: We believe in renewing and growing the food culture in Southeast Detroit by reducing risk for food-start ups that do not require a full time facility to produce or assemble your creations. Proud Mitten Kitchen offers aid in helping businesses grow their product, expand their market and gain access to the Michigan Food Community where other similar businesses share ideas and network. Adjacent to the commercial Kitchen is Proud Mitten Culinary Concepts. We are also proud of our neighborhood teaching kitchen.  Providing  all different varieties of cooking, baking and culinary experiences. Classes for all ages and levels.
