Justin Sharer, Creative Director

Justin Sharer has spent his entire professional career in the design industry. After obtaining a degree in architectural construction technology, Justin began his career as an apprentice with a custom remodeling company in Dearborn, Michigan. Justin studied closely with masters of the trade and learned every facet of the kitchen and bath design industry, from cabinet making to design to project management. Justin went on to become a licensed residential builder and lead designer. He has always had a passion for residential design, and that passion is evident in every kitchen and bathroom he designs around the Metro Detroit area.

Justin has taken his passion for design and combined it with his years of experience to create Sharer Design Group. Opened in January 2012, Sharer Design Group, LLC creates complete designs for your project and takes your vision from concept to completion in a timely manner. Sharer Design Group is a full-service interior renovation company and will complete your vision with perfect accents of paint and furniture. Our designers will consult with you on every detail to bring your dream to reality.

Michigan-made Custom Cabinetry

Justin announced his new signature line of Michigan-made custom cabinetry, the Sharer Cabinetry line, in 2012. Sharer Cabinetry blends creativity and innovation with local resources, offering a quality, locally-made product. The Sharer Cabinetry line offers a one-of-a-kind design experience, allowing customers the opportunity to create rooms that are truly original. A frameless construction with original door styles, Sharer Cabinetry offers design styles that are not available anywhere else in the remodeling industry. Justin hopes that this new product line will also stand as a testament to the mindset and will to succeed found in many Michigan small businesses.

That’s all the incentive I need to keep doing what I’m doing, even if the Michigan business climate is a little tough. I want to show that there’s still young talent in this state and that if you work hard, you can make it.”

Sharer Design Group’s expansive showroom features displays of traditional and contemporary cabinetry, along with appliances, fixtures, and countertop samples. A recently completed full display of the Sharer Cabinetry Line rounds out the design showcase.
