Tom Borg is founder and president of Tom Borg Consulting, LLC. He specializes in creating
clear communication between leadership and their teams. He works at the intersection of
leadership, communication and culture. He accomplishes this through his consulting,
mentoring, workshops, webinars, assessment instruments and strategic work sessions.
Since 1995 he has been a business consultant, mentor, trainer and author with his own
company.
Some of his training and consulting clients include the Ideal-Tridon Group, Chrysler Corporation,
General Motors Corp, Ford Motor Company, ZSi-Foster, JDI Technologies, Magna Automotive

Mistakes Small Business Owners Make, How to Keep a Positive Attitude in a Sometimes
Negative World and his most recent book True Small Business Brilliance.
He is the author and producer of the customer service video training system for 16-24 year old
employees Simple Strategies for Customer Service.
